St Albans Folk Festival Stall Booking Confirmation Form
Fri 24th to Sunday 26th April, 2009


The St Albans Folk Festival will be held around the ANZAC Day public holiday at St Albans NSW, (near Wiseman's Ferry). The festival will provide non-stop entertainment, stalls and a variety of activities for those who are there for the entire period as well as for the hundreds of day trippers that come from far and wide for the event or just for a drive to visit the area.

Fees for Stall space of 4 sq m: (please ring and negotiate for larger areas)

$120 per single day for general stalls (single day food stalls not accepted)

$200 for 2-3 day weekend for food stalls

$150 for 2-3 day weekend for general stalls

Fee includes entry to all events at the festival for 2 persons.

Food Stall applications will be selected to give the patrons variety but avoid oversupply.

Stall holders may sleep adjacent to their stalls at no extra cost.

Electricity for lighting purposes is available but stall holders must bring their own lighting and power leads. NO generators.

If you would like to book a stall on one or more days, please complete and return this form by the closing date indicated.

Note that the space available is finite and the committee reserve the right to call applications closed prior to this date if deemed necessary.

Please attach a copy of a certificate of currency for your Public Liability insurance and if appropriate food registration details.

Please note that stalls need to be of the type that would be appropriate for a family folk festival. Sale of toy guns, commercial show bags, knives, swords, bows or environmentally damaging items will not be allowed.

Stall holders will be required to provide their own tables, chairs, shelter etc. but the festival will provide some tables and chairs as a generic area for eating.

Cut off date for applications: 10 April 2009. Confirmation not received from you by this date may mean that a space will not be available for you.
