Trading hours:
Please note that stall holders will be expected to set up
before 9am on the Saturday and Sunday mornings and are required
to continue trading for the entire period booked.
Trading on the Friday evening is possible and if doing so, stallholders
need to be set up by 6pm.
Stalls may close at 6pm each day if not wishing to trade on that
night.
Stallholders will not be able to cease trading earlier as it creates
a bad impression for other stallholders still willing to honour
their obligation.
General Guidelines
No animals
No generators
No alcohol is to be brought into the festival.
Follow all directions from the market co-ordinator, market staff
and promoters
At all times, site and program details are subject to change
Stall holders must have current public liability insurance
Power Use Guidelines
All power cords are to be a minimum of three meters above ground
All power cords and electrical equipment are to be in good condition,
well insulated and to be approved and tagged by a qualified electrician
Any power cords posing risk will be disconnected and removed without
notice and returned on the Sunday after the market is closed
Stall holders should have appropriate safety equipment such as fire
extinguishers, etc
Stall holders will co-operate with the market co-ordinator in managing
power supply
Camping Guidelines
No vehicles in the Market Place unless within the
stall area and hidden from view.
Stall holders can camp in their stall site
Campers are to comply with all festival guidelines
Camping is allowed only in designated areas
No open fires are allowed at all in the market area.
